Personal Assistant
Location: Paarl, Western Cape
Terms: Full-Time
Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 CTC per month

About the Role
The company is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prioritize and handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- General office management.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for the CEO and the Management Team
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with the CEO and Management Team’s schedule and preferences.
Communication Liaison
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Meeting Preparation
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and briefing documents for the CEO.
- Attend meetings with the CEO as required, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Project Management
- Assist in managing and coordinating special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Keep track of project timelines and deliverables.
Volunteer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage foreign and local volunteers, coordinating their travel and accommodation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with volunteers, fostering a supportive environment.
- Support Co-Founder with the day-to-day operations of the company’s guest accommodation in Murray Street, Wellington.
- Coordinate guest visits, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Arrange guest’s travel and itineraries when necessary.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality in accordance with the company’s culture and values.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Previous experience working in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
- Personal alignment with the company’s values and culture.
- Criminal Clearance must be provided.
