Location: Pretoria East, Gauteng
Terms: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: R 15 000 – R 20 000 CTC per month.

About the Role
We seek a skilled Educational Administrator with a strong background in the educational sector. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of regulatory bodies such as QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations), SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority), and SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities). This role requires a thorough understanding of how these entities operate, their roles in the educational landscape, and how they align with each other.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers
- Manage schedules and organise meetings for management.
- Handling documentation
- Ensure compliance with QCTO, SAQA, and SETA requirements and regulations. Stay updated on any changes in regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in editing and managing training materials, ensuring their accuracy, relevance, and compliance with educational standards.
- Manage accreditation, certification, and quality assurance processes in line with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with educational stakeholders, including instructors, trainers, and regulatory bodies, to streamline processes and ensure effective program delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational administration, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of QCTO, SAQA, SETAs, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills
- Strong database and MS Office computer literacy
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in document editing software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
