Office Administrator
Location: Moreleta Park, Pretoria
Terms: Full Time
Salary: R 10 000 to R 12 000 CTC per month (Medical Insurance included)

About the Role
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as sorting and distributing incoming mail, drawing data from different systems, etc.
- Perform internal audit duties, such as going through certain lists and comparing them to branch cameras to prevent fraud.
- Recruitment duties, such as communicating with applicants and working through a system to compile a short list of candidates.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric
- Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration will be advantageous
Required skills
- Proven success in office administration
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
